परिचय-

स्तन कैंसर स्त्रियों का एक बहुत ही ज्यादा कष्टदायक रोग होता है। इस रोग के कारण स्त्री के स्तनों में बहुत तेज दर्द होता है तथा स्तनों से पीब निकलने लगती है।

लक्षण-

        इस रोग के हो जाने पर स्तन सख्त तथा अनियमित आकार की गांठ के रूप में हो जाते हैं जिन्हें छूने पर बहुत तेज दर्द होने लगता है। इस प्रकार की गांठ स्तनों के किसी भी भाग में उभर आती है। जब इस रोग की शुरुआत होती है तो ये गांठ इधर-उधर सरकती भी रहती हैं।

        जब स्तनों में होने वाली गांठ बड़ी हो जाती है तो यह अपने ऊपर की त्वचा को अन्दर की ओर खींच लेती है जिसके कारण स्तन के अन्दर की ओर एक गड्ढा जैसा बन जाता है। यह गड्ढा दूध का संचार करने वाली नलिकाओं को प्रभावित करता है जिसके कारण यह सिकुड़ जाती हैं और निपल पिचक जाते हैं। जैसे-जैसे गांठ बड़ी होती जाती है वैसे-वैसे ही स्तन की ऊपर की त्वचा से भी चिपक जाती है जिसके कारण स्तन की त्वचा में जलन होने लगती है। कुछ दिनों में इस गांठ के अन्दर पीब बनने लगती है। जब स्त्री के निप्पलों को दबाते हैं तो उसमें से पीब के समान दूध निकलने लगता है। यह गांठ बढ़ते-बढ़ते स्त्रियों के बगलों में पाई जाने वाली लसीका ग्रन्थियों तक भी फैल सकती है। जब इस रोग की शुरुआत होती है तो उस समय इसका उपचार करना बहुत जरूरी हो जाता है यदि इस रोग को बढ़ने से न रोका जाए तो यह रोग पूरे शरीर को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

कारण-

        जब स्तन में गांठ बन जाती है तो सबसे पहले यह पता लगाना चाहिए कि गांठ ज्यादा खतरनाक तो नहीं है। स्तन कैंसर होने की आशंका काफी हद तक वातावरण और जीवनशैली पर निर्भर करती है। स्त्रियों को यह रोग भोजन की एलर्जी के कारण भी हो सकता है। इस रोग के होने में आनुवंशिकता भी एक मुख्य भूमिका अदा करती है। यह रोग एक स्त्री से दूसरी स्त्री को भी हो सकता है। स्त्रियों के स्तन में कैंसर रोग के लिए गर्भनिरोधक गोलियों और जीवन परिवर्तन लक्षणों के उपचार के लिए दी जाने वाली HRT को जिम्मेदार माना जाता है। कोई स्त्री जितनी जल्दी मां बन जाती है उसको स्तन कैंसर होने की आशंका लगभग उतनी ही कम होती है।

एक्यूप्रेशर चिकित्सा के द्वारा स्त्रियों के स्तन कैंसर का उपचार-

        जब किसी स्त्री के स्तन में गांठ सी बनी हुई दिखाई देती है तो तुरंत ही जांच करानी चाहिए कि यह गांठ ज्यादा खतरनाक तो नहीं है। यदि गांठ ज्यादा खतरनाक हो तो भी इसका इलाज किया जा सकता है। यह रोग एक बार ठीक होकर दुबारा भी हो सकता है इसलिए इस रोग का इलाज सही तरीके से कराना चाहिए। स्तन कैंसर का उपचार कराने के लिए सबसे पहले स्त्रियों को अपने स्तनों की जांच करानी चाहिए।

     स्त्रियों के स्तनों की जांच जब माहवारी आये, उसके बाद करनी चाहिए। यह जांच हर महीने तथा एक विशेष समय में करनी चाहिए। यदि स्त्रियों को अपने स्तन में भारीपन महसूस होता हो तो चिन्ता न करें। स्त्रियों को यह पता लगाना चाहिए कि उसके दोनों स्तन एक ही समान है। यदि जांच कराते दौरान स्त्री को लगे कि उसका एक स्तन भारी है तो स्त्री को दूसरे स्तनों पर भी हाथ फेरकर देखना चाहिए कि कहीं दूसरा स्तन भी तो भारी नहीं है। यदि दोनों स्तनों में कुछ असमानता नजर आती है तो घबराएं नहीं। स्तन कैंसर के रोगी को डॉक्टर से उचित सलाह लेनी चाहिए और बिल्कुल लापरवाही नहीं बरतनी चाहिए क्योंकि यह रोग बढ़कर अधिक खतरनाक बन सकता है।

स्तनों की निम्नलिखित तरीकों द्वारा जांच की जा सकती है-

        स्त्रियों को अपनी स्तनों की जांच करने के लिए सबसे पहले आईने के सामने खड़े हो जाना चाहिए और अपने दोनों हाथों को बगल में लटका लेना चाहिए और देखना चाहिए कि दोनों स्तन दिखने में असामान्य तो नहीं है, स्तनों में डिम्पल या सिकुड़न आदि तो नहीं है या फिर स्तनों की त्वचा या बनावट में कोई फर्क तो नहीं है।

        आईने के सामने खड़े होकर स्त्रियों को अपने हाथ सिर के ऊपर रख लेने चाहिए और अपने आप को अलग-अलग कोणों में देखना चाहिए कि स्तनों में कोई विशेष परिवर्तन तो नहीं हो गया है तथा फिर दायें-बायें घूमकर देखना चाहिए और पता लगाना चाहिए कि दोनों स्तनों से कोई स्राव तो नहीं हो रहा है।

        स्तनों की जांच करते दौरान यह पता लगाना चाहिए कि निप्पल के चारों ओर के क्षेत्र में कहीं गांठ तो नहीं है।

        आईने के सामने खड़े होकर अपने हाथ को ऊपर-नीचे करके देखना चाहिए कि स्तन का कोई भाग सूज तो नहीं रहा है।

        स्त्रियों को पलंग पर लेटकर एक तकिया सिर के नीचे रख लेना चाहिए। फिर एक तकिया बाएं कंधे के नीचे रख लेना चाहिए। इसके बाद अपने बाएं हाथ को सिर के नीचे की ओर रख लेना चाहिए और दाहिने हाथ से बाएं स्तन को दबाकर जांच करनी चाहिए कि कहीं उनमें गांठ या सूजन तो नहीं है।

        स्त्रियों को अपने बगल में हाथ फिराकर गांठे पकड़ने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। फिर यही क्रिया दोनों स्तनों पर करनी चाहिए। इस क्रिया में बाएं हाथ का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

एक्यूप्रेशर चिकित्सा-

        चित्र में दिए गए एक्यूप्रेशर बिन्दु के अनुसार रोगी के शरीर पर दबाव देकर स्त्रियों के स्तन कैंसर का उपचार किया जा सकता है। रोगी स्त्री को अपना इलाज किसी अच्छे एक्यूप्रेशर चिकित्सक की देख-रेख में करना चाहिए क्योंकि एक्यूप्रेशर चिकित्सक को सही दबाव देने का अनुभव होता है और वह सही तरीके से स्त्रियों के स्तन कैंसर का उपचार कर सकता है।

        जब स्त्रियों के स्तन में गांठ बन जाती है तो स्त्रियों के स्तन के निप्पल के आस-पास सीबेशस ग्रन्थि अर्थात दुग्ध नलिका में द्रव्य के समान थैली बन जाती है। इस थैली को स्तन की गांठ कहते हैं। जब स्त्रियों की सीबेशस ग्रन्थि में जाने वाली कोई वाहिका अवरूद्ध हो जाती है तो उनके स्तन में गांठ सी बन जाती है। इन गांठों के कारण स्तन में थक्का या उभार हो जाता है।

उपचार-

        अगर किसी स्त्री के स्तन में गांठ बन जाती है तो उसको तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिए और डॉक्टर की उचित सलाह के अनुसार अपना उपचार कराना चाहिए। हो सकता है कि कभी स्तन के अन्दर से सुईयों के द्वारा थैली के अन्दर के अवरूद्ध द्रव्य को बाहर खींचने की जरूरत पड़ जाए। ऐसा करने से यह पता चल जाता है कि गांठ ज्यादा हानिकारक तो नहीं है।

 Breast cancer is a very painful disease of women.  Due to this disease, there is a lot of pain in the breasts of the woman and pus starts coming out of the breasts.

 symptoms-

 Due to this disease, the breasts become in the form of hard and irregular shaped lumps, which feel very painful on touching.  This type of lump emerges in any part of the breast.  When this disease starts, these lumps keep moving here and there.

 When the lump in the breast becomes large, it pulls the skin above it inwards, due to which a pit is formed on the inside of the breast.  This pit affects the ducts that carry milk, due to which they shrink and the nipples become pinched.  As the lump gets bigger, it also sticks to the skin above the breast, due to which the skin of the breast starts burning.  Within a few days, pus begins to form inside this lump.  When a woman's nipples are pressed, milk starts coming out of it like pus.  This lump can also spread to the lymph glands found in the armpits of the growing women.  When this disease starts, it becomes very important to treat it at that time, if this disease is not stopped from progressing, then this disease can affect the whole body.

 cause-

 When a lump is formed in the breast, first of all it should be found out whether the lump is not very dangerous.  The risk of developing breast cancer largely depends on the environment and lifestyle.  In women, this disease can also be due to food allergies.  Heredity also plays a major role in the occurrence of this disease.  This disease can also be passed from one woman to another.  Contraceptive pills for breast cancer and HRT given to treat life-changing symptoms are believed to be responsible.  The sooner a woman becomes a mother, the less likely she is to get breast cancer.

 Treatment of breast cancer in women by acupressure therapy-

 When a lump is seen in the breast of a woman, then it should be checked immediately that this lump is not very dangerous.  Even if the lump is more dangerous, it can be treated.  This disease can be cured once and it can happen again, so this disease should be treated properly.  Before getting treated for breast cancer, women should first get their breasts examined.

 The breasts of women should be examined after menstruation comes.  This check should be done every month and at a specific time.  Don't worry if women feel heaviness in their breasts.  Women should find out that both her breasts are the same.  If a woman feels that one of her breasts is heavy during the test, then the woman should also look at the other breasts to see if the other breast is also heavy.  If there is some disparity in both the breasts then do not panic.  The patient of breast cancer should take proper advice from the doctor and should not be careless at all as this disease can grow and become more dangerous.

 Breasts can be examined by the following methods-

 To examine their breasts, women should first stand in front of the mirror and hang both their hands on the side and see if both the breasts are abnormal in appearance, there is no dimple or shrinkage in the breasts etc.  Or there is no difference in the skin or texture of the breasts.

 Standing in front of the mirror, women should put their hands above the head and look at themselves from different angles to see if there is any significant change in the breasts and then turn left and right and see if  There is no discharge from both the breasts.

 While examining the breasts, it should be found that there is no lump in the area around the nipple.

 Standing in front of the mirror, move your hand up and down to see if any part of the breast is swollen.

 Ladies should lie on the bed and keep a pillow under the head.  Then a pillow should be placed under the left shoulder.  After this, your left hand should be placed under the head and by pressing the left breast with the right hand, check if there is any lump or swelling in them.

 Women should try to hold the knots by moving their hands next to them.  Then the same action should be done on both the breasts.  The left hand should be used in this action.
